The input 3D matrix A, with a size of (\(I,J,K)\), is sequentially modulated onto multi-wavelength carriers by an intensity modulator. The 3D kernel matrix B, with a size of (\(I,J,K)\), is deployed on the dual-coupled-MRRs based crossbar circuit. The 3D convolution operation is accomplished by controlling the time delay intervals between channels as well as the coding process
