Case #2. CT of the chest identified a large solitary lung mass in the right upper lobe with right hilar lymphadenopathy and emphysema (a). Core needle biopsy of the lung mass showed solid sheets of tumor cells with marked nuclear pleomorphism, multi-nucleation, and focal hemorrhage and necrosis (b).
