An ALK+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma case with strong PD-L1 expression. The lymphoma cells were large, with pleomorphic, often horseshoe- or kidney-shaped nuclei and abundant cytoplasm (a, hematoxylin and eosin stain, ×400). The lymphoma cells showed uniform, strong CD30 positivity on the cell membrane and in the Golgi region (b, immunohistochemistry, ×400), loss of CD3 expression (c, immunohistochemistry, ×400), nuclear and cytoplasmic staining for ALK (d, immunohistochemistry, ×400), and granzyme B positivity (e, immunohistochemistry, ×400).
