Cases 7 (A), 8 (B) and 9 (C) exhibited a monophasic spindle cell morphology with a predominantly fascicular architecture and occasional whorls. Case 10 demonstrated a biphasic architecture with fascicles of spindle cells and epithelioid cells arranged in solid tubules/cords (D, upper right). There was a smooth transition between the two components of this tumor (E). F Case 11 also had a biphasic architecture, with a mixture of spindle and epithelioid cells, with a smooth transition between them.
