  1. DLPFC dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, sACC subgenual anterior cingulate cortex, PMI Post mortem interval in median number of hours, RIN RNA integrity number, median across cohort samples.
  2. All samples were prepared using rRNA depletion with stranded prep, with the exception of CMC-Pitt which was prepared unstranded. All samples were sequenced 100 bp paired-end.
