Significantly enriched for biological processes are indicated by color code at 1% FDR (at least three matching input genes). Database entries for cellular components and for biological processes were considered as indicated in Supplementary Table 6. Heatmap of 39 susceptible-up and 33 Resilient-up DEGs in vHIP (D) and 59 susceptible-up DEGs in PFC (E) classified according to their gene family. Gene expression in is represented by expression z-scores computed for selected DEGs. Six enriched Synaptic Gene Ontology (SynGO) terms are illustrated in the middle with the corresponding genes connected by a line.
