Deletion of Notch receptors on T cells results in reduced IL-4 competency in CD4+ T residing in the lymph node cells but not lung. IL44getNotch1/2fl/fl (n = 4) and IL44getCD4creNotch1/2fl/fl (n = 4) mice were infected with N. brasiliensis.
