C57BL/6 mice were i.t. immunised with one or two doses of 3 µg CysVac2-AF647/1 mg Advax-FITC and lung lobes imaged by confocal microscopy. Colocalization of CysVac2-AF647/Advax-FITC was imaged at 6 h post immunisation or 1 day post boost immunisation. Bar lengths correspond to 10 µm.
