Polygenic risk score (PRS) analysis of completed suicide. We analyzed two discovery/target sets, using the first set as the discovery set and the second set as the target set, and vice versa. The P threshold (Pt) for selecting “risk” SNPs was sequentially set at 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, and 0.5 without SNPs in the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) region.
