  1. Scores for our early adversity measure were derived from the YLSI and ranged from 1 to 9 in our cohort (with the maximum possible score of 10). The Hollingshead Four-Factor Index was used as a composite of socioeconomic status; this measure can range from 8 to 66 with higher values representing higher parental education and occupational prestige.
