Shown in Fig. 1a is the experimental timeline treatment, behavioral testing, and imaging. Below are bar graphs summarizing the results from the light/dark box Fig 1b and Open field Fig 1c. There were no significant sex differences in light/dark performance. Vehicle treated females were significantly more active than males while PSI treated significantly reduced this behavior. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001; ****p < 0.0001.
