Shown highlighted in red are violin plots (median and range) for measures of fractional anisotropy (FA) and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) for all 139 brain areas. For both measures of water diffusivity PSI treated mice show higher values. When parsed into sexes females have significantly higher measures of both FA and ADC as compared to males exposed to PSI. *** p < 0.001, ns non-significant.
