From: Premature activation of Cdk1 leads to mitotic events in S phase and embryonic lethality
CDK1AF expression inhibits liver tumorigenesis. Eight weeks old Cdk1+/+ (control) and Cdk1+/SAF Alb-CreERT2 (Cdk1+/AF after injection) mice were IP injected with tamoxifen to induce Cdk1+/AF expression in hepatocytes.
