A549 or HCC95 cells were transduced with either a control (pLKO empty vector) or an shRNA against LPIAT1 (shLPIAT1 #3) and 1 × 106 A549 or 2.5 × 106 HCC95 cells were injected subcutaneously in mice. Tumors were measured every 2–3 days with a caliper.
