H1975 lung cancer cells were exposed to 30 MOI LV-CD24 and 25 µM INS with or without the addition of 50 µM Raltegravir. Images were taken 24 h post-treatment. C 2000 Panc-1 (left) and H1975 (right) cells were seeded in 96-well plates and were treated with the different items as described. Cell survival was measured by the enzymatic WST-1 (left) and MTT assays (right). % Survival was calculated as the percentage of living cells remaining after treatment with respect to non-treated cells.
