Left panels: lysates of S2-CP8 cells and TE-5 cells stably expressing control shRNA or DKK1 shRNAs (A), control shRNA, DKK1 shRNA, DKK1 shRNA and DKK1-FLAG, or DKK1 shRNA and DKK1ฮ”CRD1-FLAG (B), control shRNA or CKAP4 shRNAs (C), or control shRNA, CKAP4 shRNA, or CKAP4 shRNA and CKAP4-HA (D) were probed with the indicated antibodies. Clathrin was used as a loading control.
