Immunophenotyping results from lymphoma-burdened lymph nodes or spleens of 10 of each of Eµ-Myc^T/+;Bcl-w^+/+, Eµ-Myc^T/+;Bcl-w^+/−, or Eµ-Myc^T/+;Bcl-w^−/− mice. The majority cell populations (pre-B (B220⁺IgM^-IgD^-) or B (B220⁺IgM⁺IgD^- or B220⁺IgM⁺IgD⁺)) constituting the malignant tissues were quantified by flow cytometry, and the lymphomas were then categorised on that basis. Overall, there were only minimal difference between lymphomas of the different genotypes, apart from a lack mixed pre-B/ B cell lymphomas in Eµ-Myc^T/+;Bcl-w^+/+ animals.
