A BxPC-3, B MDA-MB-231 and C A549 cancer cells (1 × 106) treated with MDX-124 (10 and 25 µM) for 24 h. The percentage of cells in each phase of cell cycle (G1, S and G2) was assessed using CytoPhaseā„¢ Violet dye and quantified using the cell cycle module in FlowJoā„¢ software and the Dean-Jett-Fox data fitting algorithm. The red line indicates the sum of all data modelled by FlowJoā„¢ software, whilst the black line shows all of the raw data captured by the cell cycle gating parameters. Data are presented as the mean ± SEM (n = 3 experiments). Differences were compared using a 2-way ANOVA with Tukey’s multiple comparison correction where statistical significance indicated by ****p < 0.0001, ***p < 0.001 and **p < 0.01.
