From: A therapeutic antibody targeting annexin-A1 inhibits cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo

A BxPC-3, B MDA-MB-231 and C A549 cancer cells (1āĆā106) treated with MDX-124 (10 and 25āµM) for 24āh. The percentage of cells in each phase of cell cycle (G1, S and G2) was assessed using CytoPhase⢠Violet dye and quantified using the cell cycle module in FlowJo⢠software and the Dean-Jett-Fox data fitting algorithm. The red line indicates the sum of all data modelled by FlowJo⢠software, whilst the black line shows all of the raw data captured by the cell cycle gating parameters. Data are presented as the meanā±āSEM (nā=ā3 experiments). Differences were compared using a 2-way ANOVA with Tukeyās multiple comparison correction where statistical significance indicated by ****pā<ā0.0001, ***pā<ā0.001 and **pā<ā0.01.
