The Editors-in-Chief have retracted this article. It was brought to the attention of the publisher that figure 2 appears to contain undeclared splicing, and two images appear to overlap in figure 5, SNB19-CatB/AS1 and SNB19-CatB/AS2. The authors did not sufficiently respond to these concerns. The Editors have lost confidence in the data and conclusions of this article.
The publisher has been unable to obtain a current email address for authors Krishna V Gumidyala, Kevin G Waldron, Meena Gujrati, Jasti S Rao and Sanjeeva Mohanam. All other authors did not respond to the publisher regarding this retraction.
