A significantly higher copy number of the centromeric regions of chromosomes was detected in the ExR (green), compared to the ExS (blue) and the STR (yellow) somatic samples. Pairwise comparisons were performed using Bonferroni correction (ExR-ExS p = 1.8e-14; ExR-STR p = 2e-16 and ExS-STR p = 2.5e-10).
