Three independent siRNAs against B4GALT1 (si-B4GALT1-1, si-B4GALT1-2, and si-B4GALT1-3) were used for B4GALT1 knockdown in PLC5, HA22T, and SNU387 cells. Non-targeting siRNA (si-Control) was used as control. For the stable overexpression of B4GALT1 in PLC5 and HA22T cell lines, the B4GALT1-pcDNA3.1 (B4GALT1) plasmid was used.
