This figure displays the summary ROC curve and sensitivity/specificity estimates from five studies26,27,28,29,30 for cardiac biomarkers used to detect cardiotoxicity. The pooled analysis indicates that NT-proBNP has moderate accuracy, while troponin T is more consistent but less sensitive, with performance strongly influenced by measurement timing and thresholds.
