Serial measurements of absolute lymphocyte count, C-reactive protein (CRP), ferritin, and platelet count are shown from hospital admission through day 11, stratified by treatment groups: IVIG + low-dose methylprednisolone (MP) (n = 39), IVIG + high-dose MP (n = 5), IVIG + low-dose MP + anakinra (n = 33), and IVIG + high-dose MP + anakinra (n = 9). Lines represent smoothed trajectories, and points indicate individual patient values. Patients were excluded if they had incomplete daily laboratory records, missing baseline measurements, treatment regimens outside the four predefined groups, or were discharged early on oral corticosteroids, to ensure consistency in temporal comparisons across cohorts.
