This flow chart depicts the enrollment and exclusion of all subjects. pLELC pulmonary lymphoepithelioma-like carcinoma, NPC nasopharyngeal carcinoma, LUAD lung adenocarcinoma LUSC lung squamous cell carcinoma, WGS whole-genome sequencing, RNA-seq RNA whole-transcriptome sequencing. The eighth patient (P8) numbered in the multi-genomic sequencing was excluded from the whole data analysis process because of metastatic NPC even though the sample had already been sequenced. Therefore, P9 was included in the integrated genomic analyses but P8 was not
