ANXA5 inhibits monocyte-endothelial cell adhesion and HUVECs activation. a Representative images of monocyte (THP-1) adhesion to endothelial cell (HUVEC). HUVECs were pretreated with LPS (0.2 μg/ml) or ANXA5/A5m (250 nM) as indicated, and then incubated with THP-1 cells (labeled with CellTracker in green).
