  1. Two-sided paired t test or Wilcoxon signed rank test was used for the comparison within groups. Independent sample t test was performed in the comparisons of difference of two group. Continuous variables are expressed as mean ± SD for parametric variables and as median (interquartile range) for non-parametric variables. Pdifference in age, male sex, smoking indicates the P value of difference of baseline while the other Pdifference indicates the P value of differences before and after intervention between LM and NMN group
