Flow chart for inclusion and treatment outcomes of APL patients. There are 200 APL patients from 10 hospitals enrolled, with 82 in the high-risk (HR) group and 118 in the low-risk (LR) group. One child in the LR group was withdrawn due to stopping taking the drug 3 months earlier. Ultimately, a total of 199 patients completed the treatment and follow-up. Two children in the HR group died, and two children in the LR group relapsed
