The Editor has retracted this article. After publication the authors discovered errors in their results. Specifically, the regression model estimates are from univariate models not the adjusted multivariable model. As such, the estimates in the original article are incorrect, resulting in some variables being incorrectly reported as risk factors, such as prior mental health diagnosis, being female, and lower continuity of care. The authors have been invited to submit a revised manuscript to the journal for peer review.
Andrew Calzavara, Tejal Patel, Sander L. Hitzig, and Sara J. T. Guilcher disagree with this retraction. Qi Guan, Mary-Ellen Hogan, Daniel McCormack, Aisha K. Lofters, and Tanya Packer have not responded to correspondence regarding this retraction.
