Z-value standardised measures 3D images representing regional homogeneity (ReHo—top row), degree centrality (DC—middle row) and fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (fALFF—bottom row) RS-fMRI measures averaged across all subjects are shown. The positively coloured regions in the 3D images show higher short-range functional connectivity in ReHo, long-range functional connectivity in DC and BOLD signal fluctuations in fALFF. The left, superior and right views are shown in the upper rows and left medial, inferior and right medial views are shown in the lower rows of each RS-fMRI measure.
