Fig. 2a and 2b shows the occupancy of the D2/3R in the striatum by various doses of haloperidol estimated in vivo and ex vivo, respectively. The equation used to calculate the occupancy is shown above Fig. 2a. Fig. 2c shows the occupancy of 5-HT2AR in the frontal cortex of rats by various doses of MDL-100,907, estimated ex vivo.
