A Basal CORT measurement of dams was performed 4 weeks after birth and 7 days before exposure to mild stress. MT dams showed increased basal and post stress CORT levels as compared to control animals. B In PT adult male mice, basal and post stress serum CORT levels were also higher than in no PT mice.
