Correlation between dysgranular volume and cognitive ability in the psychotic disorder and PNC cohorts. Volume is presented as a marginal mean controlling for group, age, gender, and total intracranial volume (TIV). In both groups, lower dysgranular insula volume was associated with worse overall cognitive ability, with highly similar effect sizes.
