Shortening the stimulus duration at the 5-CSRTT reduced performance accuracy (p < 0.001) (a) and increased percentage of trial omissions (p < 0.001) (b) but revealed no difference between the behaviour of PWS-cr mice (n = 15) and their wild type littermates (n = 21). Increasing the inter-trial intervals lead to an increase in premature responses (p < 0.001), which was not affected by genotype (PWS-cr=18, WT = 24) (c). Omissions were also not affected by genotype in this task manipulation (d).
