Flow of data collection and statistical analyses: Genome-wide genotyping and gene expression profiling were used to examine differential GR-response gene expression and expression quantitative trait loci in (1) combined and (2) sex-stratified analyses. Results were carried forward for functional interrogation and linkage to disease.
