Statistical parametric maps obtained from a seed-to-voxel-analysis of the left posterior superior temporal gyrus (pSTG, Wernicke’s area) showing clusters of decreased connectivity associated with the genetic variant (C-allele) at a voxel-wise threshold of p < 0.001 and a cluster-size threshold of p-FDR < 0.05 (a).
