For graphical purposes, only pathways with z-scores ≥2 or ≤−2 are plotted on this figure; pathways colored in blue represent z-scores ≤−2, which means a predicted inactivation of that pathway in HR adolescents compared with LR adolescents. Pathways without a z-score have not been reported in the figure but are reported in Supplementary Table S5.
