CP enlargement was significantly associated with A lower DTI-ALPS and B higher NLR. SCD subjective cognitive decline, MCI mild cognitive impairment, AD Alzheimer’s disease, CPV choroid plexus volume, NLR neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio, DTI-ALPS DTI-analysis along the perivascular space.
