  1. Puberty category levels are 1 = Pre-pubertal, 2 = Early pubertal, 3 = Mid-pubertal, 4 = Late pubertal, 5 = Post-pubertal. Number of violent events are in the past year. The variables presented in the table were measured at the following time points: Age (time 2), BMI Percentile (time 2), Puberty Category (time 2), Income to Poverty Ratio (time 1), Number of Violent Events (time 2), Depression (time 2). For sensitivity analyses, BMI Percentile and Puberty Category values were used from time 1.
