Immunocytochemical analyses revealed widespread expression of MAP2 within neurons and postsynaptic density-95 protein (PSD-95) primarily localizing with dendrites, suggesting a mature neuronal phenotype. Images were collected at 60X magnification on a Nikon A1R confocal microscope.
