Delta values indicate direction of change from vehicle treatment, with blue indicating downregulation and red indicating upregulation. At 50 nM, reelin significantly upregulated all pathways displayed. (2 R,6 R)-hydroxynorketamine (HNK) also significantly upregulated epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT), hypoxia, and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) signaling, and inhibited UV response. No other significant changes in pathways were observed across treatment groups. Bolded values indicate significance, with * p < 0.05.
