These histograms are generated by flow cytometry using the blue laser (λ/nm = 488) for excitation and by measuring the emission at λ/ nm =530. Bar diagrams representing the distribution of cynaropicrin-treated AMO1 cells in the different cell cycle phases after 24 h (d), 48 h (e), and 72 h (f). The percentage of cells in each phase is obtained by calculating the mean value ± SD of three experiments performed at different time points. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 if compared to the control sample.
