The number of dental implants requested by patients is increasing, in part due to their excellent long-term success and survival rates, their decreasing costs and improved patient knowledge and awareness. Implant therapy is certainly mainstream and has predictable outcomes.

This combination of factors makes it more likely that patients will arrive in your surgery either with implants placed by another colleague elsewhere or requesting that you provide them as part of your plan to manage their treatment needs.
