Top panel demonstrates no monoclonal protein by miRAMM in 2007 in a patient considered to have IgG kappa monoclonal protein on immunofixation. Bottom panel in the same patient from 1996 shows no monoclonal protein and a pattern identical to the one seen in 2007.
