  1. Those variables with a significant impact in the univariate analysis were introduced in a multivariate Cox regression model to determine which ones were predictive for survival. Hazard ratios were calculated comparing first vs. second subgroup of each variable. Cytogenetics were included only as part of the R-ISS score.
