A Patients were dichotomized to low and high naïve γδT cells IFN-γ secretion groups. The cumulative rate to reach DMR was correlated with the fraction of IFN-γ + naïve γδT cells (7.5% as the optimal cutoff, according to the receiver-operating characteristic (ROC) curve and the Youden index analyses (AUROC 0.6720; 95% CI: 0.5346–0.8095).
