From: AKR1C enzymes sustain therapy resistance in paediatric T-ALL
Pan inhibition of AKR1C1-3 enzymes sensitises T-ALL cell lines to vincristine. Dose–response curves of MPA and its combination at constant molar ratio with vincristine (VCR; a), daunorubicin (Dauno; c), cytarabine (AraC; e), and l-asparaginase (Asp; g) in T-ALL cell lines. Cell viability was determined by MTT assay after 72 h of drug exposure. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. of at least three independent experiments.
