a Intracellular PD-L1 expression on HER2-amplified GC cell lines (NCI-N87 and NUGC4) that were monocultured or co-cultured with PBMCs, and treated with Tmab or hIgG (5 μg/ml) for 48 hs. b PD-L1 expression on the GC cell lines co-cultured with PBMCs, and treated with Tmab for 6, 12, 24 and 48 h. PD-L1 expression were measured by multicolour flow cytometry. The data are represented by histograms and MFI values.
