ad Flt3L-induced BM DCs from control (Xcr1+/venus, filled circles) or XCR1-deficient (Xcr1venus/venus, open circles) mice were incubated with indicated concentrations of XCL1-OT-I (a, b) or OVA protein (c, d) for 6 h, and analysed by a flow cytometer. Percentages of CD11c+CD24highCD11bint cells (cDC1) (a, c) and CD11c+CD24intCD11bhigh cells (cDC2) (b, d) expressing OT-I/H-2Kb complex are shown.
