a C57B/6 J mice were immunised with the indicated concentrations of XCL1-OT-I with or without 20 µg of poly(I:C). b Wild-type or XCR1-deficient (Xcr1venus/venus, open circles) mice were immunised with 2 µg of XCL1-OT-I plus 20 µg of poly(I:C). Seven days after immunisation, splenocytes were stimulated with OT-I peptide and analysed by a flow cytometer. Percentages of IFN-γ-producing CD62L cells in CD8+ T cells are shown. The results of three independent experiments were combined. *p < 0.05, with Mann–Whitney U test.
