a, b C57BL/6 J mice were immunised with 15 µg of OT-I peptide, 6.7 µg of OVA protein or 2 µg of XCL1-OT-I with or without 20 µg of poly(I:C). Seven days after immunisation, splenocytes were analysed by a flow cytometer. Ag-specific CD8+ T-cell responses were monitored by OT-I/H-2Kb tetramer staining (a), and intracellular staining of IFN-γ after in vitro stimulation with the OT-I peptide (b). The results were combined from three independent experiments. **p < 0.005. ***p < 0.0001, with ANOVA test.
